½ pound (227 g) leftover beef, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup kale, torn into pieces and wilted
1 tomato, chopped
¼ teaspoon sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons heavy cream
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
Cooking spray

  1. Spritz four ramekins with cooking spray.
  2. Put equal amounts of each of the ingredients into each ramekin and mix well.
    Transfer to the air fryer oven.
  3. Select the AIR FRY function and cook at 360ºF (182ºC) for 16 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
