½ pound (227 g) leftover beef, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup kale, torn into pieces and wilted
1 tomato, chopped
¼ teaspoon sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons heavy cream
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
- Spritz four ramekins with cooking spray.
- Put equal amounts of each of the ingredients into each ramekin and mix well.
Transfer to the air fryer oven.
- Select the AIR FRY function and cook at 360ºF (182ºC) for 16 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
